Data Deletion Request
Dream Book stores limited user data to provide core app functionality, including purchased credits and dream history. This page explains what data we store and how you can request its deletion.
Data We Store
Device identifier — used to associate purchases, credit balance, and app data with a specific device.
Purchase and transaction records — information related to in-app purchases of credits.
Credit balance and usage data — current balance and records of credit usage.
Dream history — text entries created by the user. Dream history can be deleted directly in the app at any time.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of all data associated with your device:
1. Open the Dream Book app
2. Go to Profile
3. Find and copy your User ID
4. Send an email to philippkochnov@gmail.com including:
— App name: Dream Book
— Your Device ID
— A short message requesting data deletion
What Happens After Your Request
After receiving your request: all data associated with your Device ID will be permanently deleted, including credit balance, purchase records, and remaining app data. Any unused credits will be removed. Dream history will be deleted if it has not already been removed by the user.
Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Data Retention and Processing Time
Data deletion requests are processed within 7 days. Some transaction records may be retained if required by law or for financial compliance purposes.
